Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Bake the Chicken
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated chicken thighs on it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

- In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over low heat until warmed and well combined.
