Ingredients
  

Crostini
  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
Toppings
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese at room temperature
  • 2 medium ripe peaches sliced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped, for garnish
  • salt sea salt to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Crostini
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush each slice with olive oil.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Assemble the Crostini
  1. Once the crostini are toasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  2. Top each crostini with a generous piece of burrata cheese.
  3. Add slices of fresh peach on top of the burrata.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with sea salt and chopped basil.

Notes

For best results, use ripe peaches and fresh burrata cheese. You can also add a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
