Ingredients
  

Chicken Salad
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Adjust to taste.
  • 1 stalk celery, diced For crunch.
  • 1/4 cup red grapes, halved Optional for sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced Optional for crunch.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
Croissant
  • 4 pieces croissants Freshly baked.
Lettuce
  • 4 leaves leafy greens or lettuce For freshness.

Method
 

Prepare Chicken Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, diced celery, halved grapes, sliced almonds, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
Assemble Sandwich
  1. Slice each croissant in half horizontally. Place a leaf of lettuce on the bottom half, followed by a generous scoop of the chicken salad. Top with the other half of the croissant.
