Corn
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob Husked and cleaned
Butter
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted for serving
Salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt For seasoning

Method
 

Boiling Method
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the husked corn to the boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes until tender.
  3. Remove the corn with tongs and let it drain.
Grilling Method
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the husked corn directly on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
  3. Remove the corn from the grill using tongs.
Serving
  1. Brush the corn with melted butter and sprinkle with salt before serving.
