Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 cup cottage cheese preferably low-fat
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for dough
Topping
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, beaten egg, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Shape and Bake
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the dough into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve warm.
