Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch ceramic baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until completely smooth.
- Fold the shredded chicken, half of the crumbled beef bacon, 1 cup of sharp cheddar, and 1/2 cup of mozzarella into the ranch sauce until evenly coated.
- Transfer the chicken mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread into an even layer.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in tight, uniform rows across the top, covering the entire surface of the chicken filling.
- Bake uncovered at 400°F for 35 minutes until the sauce is bubbling hot and tots are starting to crisp. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar, mozzarella, and reserved beef bacon over the top.
- Return to the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Let rest for 8 minutes, sprinkle with fresh scallions, and serve warm.

Notes
Keep the tater tots completely frozen until ready to place in the baking dish. Baking frozen tots in a hot 400°F oven prevents sogginess and delivers optimal golden crispness.
