Ribs
  • 2 pounds pork ribs baby back or spare ribs
Sauce
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce your favorite brand
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the ribs in the crockpot and pour the sauce mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the ribs are tender.
  2. Once cooked, remove the ribs and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
