Salad Ingredients
  • 2 cups cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
Dressing Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Combine and Serve
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and dill. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
