Ingredients
  

Popcorn Base
  • 8 cups popped popcorn Use plain, unsalted popcorn
Marshmallow Mixture
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 4 tablespoons butter Unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 1 cup Easter-themed sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Optional

Method
 

Prepare Popcorn
  1. Pop the popcorn using an air popper or stovetop method and place it in a large mixing bowl.
Make Marshmallow Mixture
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine and Mix
  1. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popped popcorn and quickly stir to coat all the popcorn evenly.
Add Toppings
  1. Spread the coated popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Sprinkle with Easter-themed sprinkles and chocolate chips if using.
  3. Allow to cool and set for about 10 minutes before breaking into pieces.
