Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce plus more for glazing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Method
 

Basic Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the BBQ sauce. Mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown on top.
  5. In the last five minutes of baking, brush the meatballs with additional BBQ sauce before removing them from the oven.
  6. Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
