Ingredients
  

Steak
  • 4 pieces Ribeye Steak 1-inch thick
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and dried rosemary.
Marinate the Steak
  1. Place the ribeye steaks in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F to 500°F).
Grill the Steak
  1. Remove the steaks from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
Rest and Serve
  1. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature: 130°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium.
