Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups Rolled oats Old-fashioned oats work best.
  • 2 cups Almond milk Or any milk of choice.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt For creaminess and protein.
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds Optional, for added fiber.
Toppings
  • 2 medium Peaches Diced, fresh or canned.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Or maple syrup for sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon For flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Nuts Chopped almonds or walnuts.

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds. Stir well to combine.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among mason jars.
Add Toppings
  1. Top each jar with diced peaches, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  2. Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
Serve
  1. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with chopped nuts before serving.
