Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder adjust to taste
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup berries fresh or frozen
  • 4 tablespoons nut butter optional

Method
 

Prepare the Oats
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, matcha powder, protein powder, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Whisk until all ingredients are well combined and the matcha is fully dissolved.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into jars or containers.
Chill
  1. Cover the jars and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and thicken.
Serve
  1. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add a splash of milk if desired.
  2. Top with sliced banana, berries, and nut butter before serving.
