Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped red bell pepper, and chopped cilantro.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until well coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
