Prepare the Filling
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Stir gently to mix well.
Prepare the Topping
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add the melted butter and milk, stirring until just combined.
Assemble the Cobbler
- Pour the blueberry mixture into a greased baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of the topping over the blueberries, covering them as much as possible.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the topping comes out clean.
Serve
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
