Ingredients
  

Cocktail Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks for blending
  • 1 medium jalapeño seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup tequila preferably blanco
  • 1/2 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup ice for shaking
Garnish
  • 4 slices lime for garnish
  • 4 slices jalapeño for garnish
  • coarse to taste salt for rimming glasses

Method
 

Prepare the Glasses
  1. Rim the glasses with lime juice and dip in coarse salt to coat the rim.
Blend the Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, jalapeño, tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth.
Shake and Serve
  1. Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glasses. Garnish with lime slices and jalapeño slices.

Notes
