Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk warm
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 large egg
Filling
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened
Lemon Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Prepare the Filling
  1. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter.
Assemble the Rolls
  1. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  2. Spread the filling evenly over the dough, then sprinkle raspberries on top.
  3. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 8 equal pieces.
  4. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake the Rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake the rolls for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the Glaze
  1. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
Serve
  1. Drizzle the lemon glaze over the warm rolls and serve.
