Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries washed
  • 2 cups fresh peaches peeled and diced
Cream Base
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

Prepare the Fruit
  1. In a blender, combine the raspberries and peaches. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds and pulp, if desired.
Make the Cream Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Fold in the fruit puree until well combined.
Chill and Churn
  1. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.
  2. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Freeze
  1. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
