Ingredients
  

Tofu
  • 1 block silken tofu drained and pressed
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional for sweetness
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare Tofu
  1. Carefully drain the silken tofu and press it gently to remove excess water.
Make Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Combine
  1. Cut the silken tofu into cubes and place in a serving dish. Drizzle the sauce over the tofu.
Garnish
  1. Sprinkle sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
