Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Pasta (penne or rigatoni) Cooked al dente
Cream Cheese Sauce
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Smoked gouda cheese Shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Pepper to taste Black pepper
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated

Method
 

Cook Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Sauce
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, smoked gouda, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and heated through.
Combine
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy sauce.
Serve
  1. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
