Ingredients
  

Watermelon Lemonade Base
  • 4 cups watermelon cubed and seedless
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4-6 lemons
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 cups water can be sparkling for extra fizz
Alcoholic Addition
  • 1 cup vodka or any preferred spirit
Garnish
  • 1 cup mint leaves for garnish
  • 1 slices lemon for garnish

Method
 

Prepare Watermelon Lemonade
  1. Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  2. Add the fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and water to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
Add Alcohol
  1. Pour in the vodka and stir gently to mix.
Serve
  1. Fill glasses with ice and pour the spiked watermelon lemonade over the ice.
  2. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lemon.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup based on your preference. For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the vodka.
