Ingredients
  

Oats Base
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt optional for creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds for added fiber
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to sweeten
Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 2 medium bananas sliced
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup nuts or seeds optional for crunch
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes optional

Method
 

Prepare the Oats
  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly into mason jars or airtight containers.
Add Fruits
  1. Layer the sliced strawberries and bananas on top of the oat mixture in each jar.
  2. Seal the jars or containers and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
Serve
  1. In the morning, stir the oats and top with nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes if desired.
