Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
  5. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes; brush half the sauce over them halfway through.
  6. Serve hot drizzled with remaining sauce.
