  • 4 pieces hamburger buns toasted if desired
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Method
 

  1. Preheat your griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Form ground beef into loose balls (about 6 oz each).

  6. Toast buns if desired; assemble by layering lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun, adding cheesy patties, drizzling with house sauce, and topping with the other half of the bun.
