Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed Seedless
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled Fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice Unsweetened
Liquids
  • 1 cup tequila Silver or blanco
  • 1/4 cup lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup Adjust to taste
Garnishes
  • 4 slices lime For garnish
  • 4 sprigs mint For garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon, strawberries, and pomegranate juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp, if desired.
Mix the Margarita
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the strained fruit mixture, tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Serve
  1. Pour the margarita into glasses filled with ice.
  2. Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs.
