Steak Medallions
  • 1.5 pounds beef tenderloin cut into 1-inch thick medallions
Marinade
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Marinate the Steak
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well to form a marinade.
  2. Add the beef medallions to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Cook the Steak
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated steak medallions to the skillet.
  2. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  3. Remove from heat and let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.
